1. The service and its operator

NimantranKaro is a digital invitation (wedding card website) service operated by Software Crafting Technologies, Block CB 33B, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110028, India. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Give a correct mobile number when you create an account and keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Your content

The names, photos, music and text you add to your card belong to you. You confirm that you have the right to use them. You allow us to use them only to show and run your card.

Obscene, hateful or illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights, is not allowed. In such cases we may block the card.

4. Free preview and payment

The free preview carries a watermark and runs for a limited time. To publish, you pay the price shown on the website, once. Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments.

Under every plan, the card stays online for the period shown on the website.

5. Our content

The designs, animations, code and brand are the intellectual property of Software Crafting Technologies. Copying them, reselling them or running them on any other website is not allowed.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly and securely. Even so, we are not responsible for interruptions in the internet or in third-party services (such as maps or WhatsApp). In every case, our liability is limited to the amount of that order.

7. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of a dispute, the courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
