Privacy Policy

1. Data fiduciary

Software Crafting Technologies (Block CB 33B, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110028, India) is responsible for your personal data. This policy has been written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

2. What information we collect

Account: name, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash).

Card: the names, dates, addresses, photos, music and guest names/numbers you add.

RSVP: guests' replies — name, phone (optional), number of people, message.

Contact form: name, mobile, city, wedding date and your consent.

Payment: order details. Card/bank details stay with Cashfree Payments, not with us.

3. Why we collect it

To create and show your card and collect RSVPs; to give you support; for payment and tax records; and to keep the service secure (for example, to stop spam). We call or WhatsApp you only if you have given consent.

4. Who we share it with

Only with partners who help run the service: Cashfree for payments, Google Maps for maps (when a guest opens the map), and, if enabled, Google Analytics (without personal identification). We do not sell your data.

5. Card privacy

Cards are not shown in search engines (noindex). Anyone who has the link can see the card, so share the link carefully.

6. How long we keep it

Card and guest data is kept for the plan period and for at most 90 days after that. Payment records are kept for as long as the law (tax) requires.

7. Your rights

You can view, correct and delete your information, withdraw your consent and file a complaint. When you delete a card in the app, its photos, guests and RSVPs are deleted.
